HR Advisor

We’re seeking a HR Advisor to support our leaders across the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, providing high‑quality advice, coaching and guidance. This role suits someone who is confident in their HR foundations and looking to further build commercial acumen and business partnering capability within a supportive structure.
Reporting to the Head of People, Safety and Sustainability, you’ll partner with leaders on day‑to‑day people matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance and engagement, while also contributing to broader people initiatives.
This is a hands‑on role where relationships matter, judgement is important, and no two days are the same.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience providing HR advice to leaders and employees
- Strong capability across employee relations, performance management, talent and culture
- Sound working knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation
- Confidence navigating sensitive issues and resolving conflict constructively
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment
- A relevant tertiary qualification (well regarded)
