Trade Sales Assistant (Takanini Part-time)

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Trade Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our Takanini Trade Centre. This is a part time opportunity, working Fridays 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am to 2:30pm. If you bring energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers and confidently identifying their needs
• Providing solutions from our extensive range of products and services
• Delivering outstanding customer service – every customer, every time
• Working closely with internal support teams to ensure orders are accurate and on time
• Helping maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
• Keeping shelves stocked and organised with correct stock rotation

About you:

• You bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Retail or sales experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you
• Sales-focused and motivated to achieve results
• Friendly, approachable and a strong team player
• A natural problem solver who enjoys helping customers find the right solution
• Passionate about customer service and takes pride in their work
