We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Phone Account Manager to join our team.
Location and flexibility
- Ideally Auckland-based, however remote applicants will be considered
- Flexible working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers via phone-based engagement
- Drive sales performance through proactive outbound and inbound activity
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we are looking for
- Minimum of 12 months solution sales experience in B2B (understanding customer needs and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
