We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Phone Account Manager to join our team.

Location and flexibility

  • Ideally Auckland-based, however remote applicants will be considered
  • Flexible working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

About the role

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers via phone-based engagement 
  • Drive sales performance through proactive outbound and inbound activity
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 12 months solution sales experience in B2B (understanding customer needs and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
