We’re on the lookout for a motivated and passionate Category Buyer MRP to join our fantastic team based in Wiri, Manukau! In this role, you’ll help deliver the right product range at the right price through efficient purchasing and inventory management—supporting our category performance, gross margins, and inventory objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Purchase from an agreed range of suppliers to maintain continuity of supply across the business
• Work with Account Managers and internal teams to communicate out‑of‑stocks and provide alternatives where possible
• Support Category Managers in sourcing non‑ranged product lines, with a focus on innovative, customised and trade centre lines for national customers
• Partner with supply chain and sales teams to forecast product demand, ensuring supply continuity and alignment with inventory budgets
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Account Managers and Customer Services teams to keep everyone informed of product run‑outs, price changes, specification updates and promotional stock
