About the Role 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning & Ranging Specialist to join our Merchandising team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Trade Centre performance through the development and execution of store layouts and planograms that optimise space, product range, and customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency across our store network and aligning layouts to category strategy and business objectives. This role would suit a recent graduate in business, finance or economics or someone who has experience in-store displays, we will train as needed.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, maintain, and manage planograms using Quant – training on the Quant software will be given.
  • Optimise product placement, space allocation, and merchandising standards 
  • Support range reviews and coordinate planogram updates for launches, changes, and deletions 
  • Deliver store layout projects, including new builds, refits, and transitions 
  • Communicate planogram updates and changes to Trade Centres and key stakeholders 
  • Maintain accurate planogram data, imagery, and system integrity 
  • Develop reporting (Power BI / Quant) to monitor performance, compliance, and space productivity 
  • Provide insights to support category and space planning decisions 
  • Support the development and rollout of store merchandising guidelines and display standards 

About You 

  • Graduate level
  • You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capability and a passion for delivering great in-store experiences. 
  • Experience in retail merchandising, space planning, or planogram management 
  • Proficiency such as Power BI, or with a curiosity to learn
  • Strong analytical and spatial planning skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
