Our Ideal Candidate?

We’re looking for a capable and systems-savvy HR Systems & Admin Coordinator to join our People, Safety & Sustainability team.

This is a key support role where you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day HR systems and employee lifecycle administration, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly and accurately.

You’ll work closely with leaders and the wider People team to deliver a great employee experience across recruitment, onboarding, and beyond.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, takes initiative and is keen to continue learning and growing within the HR space.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with systems and detail, while also delivering a great service experience.

We’re ideally looking for:

• Confidence working with HR systems (or similar platforms)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Solid organisation and prioritisation skills
• A proactive, self-starting approach
• A customer-focused, approachable style

Experience with New Zealand employment practices is an advantage.
