About the role:
As Campus Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors—providing a warm welcome and efficient support across a range of administrative functions. The work you do will be critical to the ongoing success of our NZMA Auckland Trades campus.
Reporting to the Campus Manager, you’ll assist with student services, compliance tasks, scheduling, and campus operations, while working closely with academic and sales teams. This is a varied, people-focused role that requires strong organisational skills and a commitment to upholding the values of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring students and visitors queries are promptly answered or appropriately escalated
- Providing student and staff administration and support
- Managing and coordinating systems and inventory to help ensure efficient operation of the campus
- Coordinating and communicating with service people and visitors on behalf of the Campus Manager
- Providing other administrative support to the campus manager
About you:
You love helping people and like to have fun at work! You bring positive energy to your workplace and role, and you enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. In addition to this, some of the other skills and experience you have may include:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
- Improving and implementing simple daily processes
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Passion for helping people
