About The Role
Join our dedicated team and bring personalised, person-centred care to elderly clients in their homes, helping them live healthier, more independent lives. You’ll be supported by a team that values you and nurtures your professional growth.
We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis in Coffs Harbour.
Every day is different, but your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert care, including medication, wound, and diabetes management
- Managing catheters and compression bandages
- Conducting DVA assessments, HCP quarterly reviews, and post-hospital reviews
- Guiding and mentoring two Enrolled Nurses
- Keeping care plans up to date based on evolving assessments

What We’re Looking For
You’re a dedicated, experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in a community setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality care.
You’ll also need:
- Current AHPRA registration
- At least 2 years of community nursing experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable, roadworthy vehicle
- First Aid & CPR certification
