About The Role
We’re seeking a passionate and visionary Program Lead to guide our Support At Home (SAH) operations into their next chapter of growth.
This newly created leadership role is strategic and people-centred. You’ll elevate an already high-performing team by building trust, strengthening capability and fostering ownership, while removing barriers to success.
Building on a strong program foundation, you’ll design and deliver a clear vision for sustainable, scalable community care. You’ll play a key role in evolving our service model, driving high-quality client and commercial outcomes, and continuously improving service delivery.
Your leadership and expertise will support our ongoing expansion across the Mid North Coast, ensuring growth remains grounded in local community needs, including emerging areas like Grafton and Port Macquarie.
With support from a dedicated SAH Admin Support Officer and shared services, you’ll be empowered to focus on leadership, strategy and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach and mentor SAH Care Partners, unlocking team potential and maintaining high standards.
- Ensure service quality, budget alignment and client-focused care through strong financial and operational oversight.
- Oversee incident management, risk, clinical governance and compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to innovate and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement a strategic vision, ensuring sustainability and achieving growth targets.
- Participate in on-call duties (1 week in 6; not a 24/7 service, RDO provided)
About You
You’re a confident, empathetic leader with strong people management skills, strategic thinking and operational experience.
You foster a positive team culture and know how to turn effort into meaningful, measurable client outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments,can manage competing priorities, and empower others to think commercially, solve problems and seek support when needed.
Most importantly, you’re passionate about helping older Australians remain independent at home while receiving exceptional care.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in case management or coordination within aged care or community services
- Solid understanding of Support At Home (previously Home Care Packages) and sector compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, coachingmand relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- A growth-oriented, forward-thinking mindset
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Clinical registration and experience (e.g. EN, RN) (desirable)
