About The Role
We're looking for a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour.
The shifts will be from Bellingen to Nambucca, 10hrs hour per week to start with (morning & evening).
You will support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:
- Assist clients with personal care support
- Provide social support and community engagement
- Transport clients to shopping and medical appointments
- Work autonomously and within a team to meet client needs
About You
You have a caring nature and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organized and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work.
If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- Cert 3 Individual Support (or similar aged care qualification)
- Current drivers’ license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- National criminal history/police check (issued in the last 3 months)
- Aged care experience
