Sustainment Lead

• Office locations: Canberra
• Essential: Current NV2 and/or TSPV security clearance
• Start Date: June 2027

We are seeking a Sustainment Lead to coordinate operational support, maintenance and lifecycle activities across complex ICT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan maintenance, upgrades, patches and lifecycle support.
• Coordinate technical teams to resolve incidents, defects and recurring problems.
• Manage sustainment priorities, resources, risks and system obsolescence.
• Maintain support documentation, configuration records and operational readiness.
• Monitor reliability, availability and support performance.

Skills & experience

• Proven experience leading ICT sustainment or operational support teams.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, configuration and release management.
• Experience with ITSM, asset management and monitoring tools.
• Strong technical coordination, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement skills.

Security Clearance: Current NV2 and/or TSPV clearance is strictly required
