Salesforce Industries (Velocity) Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Industries (Velocity) Developer to join a high-profile program delivering industry-specific Salesforce solutions within a secure government-aligned environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale implementation, designing and building scalable Salesforce configurations and integrations that support complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Industries (Velocity) solutions
• Develop and configure OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce workflows
• Implement and manage API integrations
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and platform governance
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1+ year experience with Velocity / OmniStudio
• Minimum 2+ years Salesforce platform experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• OmniScripts
• Integration Procedures
• DataRaptors
• FlexCards
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models
• Experience designing and delivering API integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and solution design principles
• Ability to work effectively in stakeholder-driven environments

Desirable

• Salesforce and/or Salesforce Industries certifications
• Experience working in secure or government environments

Additional Information

• On-site work in Canberra preferred
• Baseline security clearance is required
