Senior QA Analyst – Core Banking Transformation

Join a major Retail Transformation Program consolidating origination, mobile, and core banking systems.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst to lead testing efforts across web, mobile, and core banking platforms (Temenos T24, lending, payments). If you’re a hands-on tester with expertise in functional, manual testing and experience in BFSI domains, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Review business requirements and create detailed test plans and cases.
• Execute functional and UI testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with developers and business stakeholders in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Mentor junior QA team members and support the QA Manager in reporting and governance.
• Manage defect tracking, participate in triage, and ensure traceability throughout.

Skills and Experience required:

• 5+ years of QA experience (manual testing focus) in core banking systems (Temenos T24, lending, payments).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test governance practices.
• Expertise in functional testing across presentation (web/UI), logical (APIs), and data layers.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, teams SharePoint, ALM, SOAPUI, Postman, JMeter, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
