About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Appian expert to lead solution design across critical initiatives in the Group Operations Technology space. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders – from business project teams to CTO and risk – to design scalable, compliant solutions that drive operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the design and development of Appian-based solutions across complex projects
• Aligning with architectural principles and risk oversight protocols
• Guiding engineering teams and acting as a Design SME
• Driving best practices in Appian development, integration, and database architecture
• Contributing to technical communities and uplifting engineering standards

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience (Lead Developer certified)
• Experience in financial services (3+ years)
• Strong skills in API design, relational databases, and enterprise app integrations (4+ years)
• Solution architecture background (2+ years)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Passion for innovation, risk awareness, and continuous improvement
