Program Director – Core Banking Migration

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery, overseeing multiple streams from architecture and data migration through integration, testing, and go-live. You will act as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader, ensuring the program achieves measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale core banking migration program.
• Oversee multiple workstreams, including data migration, integration, testing, and platform transition.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across executives and delivery teams.

What You'll Bring:

• 15+ years in financial services or consulting, with proven success leading major core banking transformations.
• Experience with Big Bang migrations, retail banking focus preferred.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems, data migration frameworks, and change governance.
• Track record managing complex multi-vendor environments under high visibility and regulatory oversight.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical delivery into business value.
• Experience in large-scale integration, acquisition, or consolidation programs highly regarded.
