Reporting and Data Analyst (Remote / Part-time)

Our client is seeking a Reporting and Data Analyst to provide advanced analytical and visualization support for their enterprise PMO function. This part-time, remote role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights that guide program governance and decision-making. 

You’ll be responsible for building dashboards, consolidating data across multiple systems, and producing executive-level reports that highlight portfolio health, risk trends, and delivery performance. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and ServiceNow reporting modules. 
• Aggregate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple project and financial systems into a unified reporting model. 
• Produce executive-ready visuals and KPI scorecards for senior stakeholders, including PMO, Digital Working Group, and IT Strategy teams. 
• Automate data refresh cycles to maintain real-time visibility across portfolio demand, delivery, and performance metrics. 
• Support the PMO in developing data-driven insights for decision-making, forecasting, and benefits tracking. 
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with governance standards, and adherence to confidentiality and security requirements. 

Skills and Experience 

• Proven experience in data analytics or reporting roles within PMO or enterprise delivery environments. 
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ServiceNow reporting or similar enterprise tools. 
• Solid understanding of portfolio, project, and financial data structures. 
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to present insights clearly to executive stakeholders through visuals and narratives. 
• Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently.
