Security Clearance Required for this role:

• Must have a Current NV2 security clearance.
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• This will be an Office based role in Canberra or Sydney.
• ITAR - You will be required to comply with the US International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as the candidate may need to handle export-controlled ICT (hardware and software) products.

We're looking for a highly skilled HCI Infrastructure Specialist to join a mission-critical team supporting advanced Defence systems.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain VMware and Nutanix HCI platforms
• Patch and manage Microsoft-based enterprise systems
• Integrate and support complex ICT infrastructure and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows Server issues
• Develop and run automated test scripts
• Create and review SOPs, build guides, and other technical artefacts
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, and support teams

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Defence as a Nutanix HCI Specialist
• Strong skills in VMWare, Microsoft WDS/WSUS, and Active Directory
• Experience with HYCU backups and enterprise patching/deployment
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities

Desirable skills:

• Experience with Defence deployed systems
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ISO quality standards
• Knowledge of SEA2273 Minerva systems
