Drive enterprise-scale collections and integration solutions within a leading banking environment

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer – PCC Builder to take ownership of end-to-end delivery across complex integration and collections transformation programs in a fast-paced banking environment.

This is a senior technical leadership role combining hands-on PCC development, integration architecture, and Agile squad leadership across enterprise-scale banking platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, configure, and customise Power Curve Collections (PCC v3.x) solutions for complex business requirements
  • Develop and optimise collections workflows, treatment strategies, and decisioning logic using PCC Studio
  • Build and maintain RESTful API integrations between PCC and external enterprise platforms
  • Enhance user experience and validation logic through JavaScript / Page Designer customisation
  • Write and optimise SQL / PL-SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Lead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production/UAT support
  • Drive CI/CD automation, deployment improvements, and monitoring enhancements
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable PCC solutions
  • Support PCC upgrades, migrations, and performance optimisation initiatives
  • Lead Agile squads and coordinate multi-team technical delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years’ experience in technology delivery within banking / financial services
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Power Curve Collections / PCC Builder / PCC Studio
  • Experience with PCC Connectivity, Page Designer, and IDE-based development
  • Proven API integration experience across REST / SOAP / Event-Driven Architectures (Kafka)
  • Strong SQL expertise including Oracle SQL / PL-SQL
  • Deep understanding of core banking, payments, credit, or digital platforms
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale integration programs
  • Experience leading Agile squads / multi-team delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and systems-thinking capability

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Experian Power Curve Originations
  • Exposure to banking collections / NBFC / financial services collections environments
  • Familiarity with Linux, JBoss/WebLogic, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD
  • Knowledge of ETL frameworks, data pipelines, and orchestration tools
  • SAFe / Agile certifications
