PMO Specialist (ServiceNow SPM) – Hybrid (On-site / Remote)

Our client is looking for an experienced PMO Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to help shape and operate a new enterprise PMO function. This role combines both on-site facilitation and remote configuration work, providing a balance of delivery oversight and hands-on tool enablement. 

You’ll be responsible for designing and embedding structure, process, and technology across the client’s IT portfolio, ensuring consistency, transparency, and strategic alignment across all programs and projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement standard PMO processes, templates, and frameworks aligned with PMI and PRINCE2 best practices. 
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow SPM for demand management, portfolio prioritization, and project performance tracking. 
• Establish real-time dashboards and KPIs to support portfolio reporting, financial monitoring, and resource utilization. 
• Support the Demand Governance Model, including backlog assessment, prioritization workflows, and executive reporting. 
• Develop the PMO handbook, RACI matrix, and governance playbooks to support enterprise-wide adoption. 
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to build the client’s internal PMO capability and operational independence. 
• Conduct assurance reviews and quality audits across PMO deliverables to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. 

Skills and Experience 

• Demonstrated experience setting up or managing PMO functions within large enterprise or digital transformation programs. 
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) configuration and reporting. 
• Strong understanding of project governance, demand management, and performance measurement frameworks. 
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in both remote and on-site environments across diverse teams.

• Location: Hybrid (on-site in Doha / remote work flexibility) 
• Rotation: Flexible schedule (typically 8 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off-site) 
• Travel & Visa: All flights and visa costs will be covered 
• Contract Type: 12 month engagement with option to extend , competitive daily rates
