Join a dynamic Workspace Collaboration Engineering team, delivering seamless collaboration experiences across hybrid environments and cutting-edge office technology platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver expert support and exceptional customer satisfaction as a senior member of the team.
  • Ensure availability, integrity, and confidentiality of Workplace and Collaboration systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Provide high-level engineering insights in planning sessions, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on simplification, automation, and efficiency gains.
  • Act as a technical SME for in-office technology platforms, managing onboarding, installation, and Level 3 support for collaboration hardware and software.
  • Manage production system availability and ensure SLAs for incidents and service requests are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain and enhance operational processes, knowledge bases, and documentation across the Collaboration space.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Advanced knowledge of video conferencing systems, including Cisco Webex, MTRoW, MTRoA, and Teams Admin Centre.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and desktop environments (Windows 10/11, macOS).
  • Hands-on experience with IT service management tools (preferably ServiceNow) and monitoring platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and agile methodologies, with experience in strategy, roadmaps, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with telephony systems (CUCM, MS Teams Calling, SIP, VoIP) and relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP) highly regarded.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
