IT Project Manager – ERP / Digital Transformation (On-site, Doha)

Our client is seeking experienced IT Project Managers to drive the successful delivery of enterprise transformation and ERP initiatives as part of a large-scale digital program in Doha. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on structured delivery, governance, and coordination across multiple technology workstreams. 

You’ll lead the end-to-end project lifecycle — from scoping and planning to execution and closure — ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with the client’s PMO standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage all phases of project delivery, following the client’s established IT delivery and governance methodology. 
• Lead concurrent projects spanning ERP (Oracle Fusion / EPM) and Digital Process Automation (ServiceNow App Engine). 
• Oversee demand intake, assess feasibility, and translate business needs into actionable project charters. 
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure quality and performance objectives are met. 
• Use ServiceNow SPM for portfolio tracking, risk management, and transparent status reporting. 
• Coordinate effectively across internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum. 
• Provide regular progress and risk updates to the Engagement Lead and PMO leadership. 
• Ensure full compliance with project governance, documentation, and audit standards. 

Skills and Experience 

• Proven track record in delivering complex ERP or digital transformation projects. 
• Strong experience in project management methodologies and tools (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). 
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion / EPM, ServiceNow App Engine, or similar enterprise platforms. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills. 
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with experience in large, cross-functional programs.

• Location: Doha (on-site) 
• Rotation: 8 weeks on-site, 2 weeks off-site 
• Travel & Visa: All flights and visa costs will be covered 
• Contract Type: 12 month engagement with option to extend , competitive daily rates
