Training Specialist

• Office locations: Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide
• Essential: Current NV1, NV2 or TSPV security clearance
• Start Date: March 2027

We are seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver effective learning solutions within a secure, complex environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop training plans.
• Create learning materials, user guides and assessments.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and self-paced training.
• Work with subject matter experts to produce accurate, accessible content.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and improve training materials.

Skills & experience

• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering systems and process training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with learning management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
• Understanding of secure information handling requirements.

Security Clearance: Current NV1, NV2 or TSPV clearance is strictly required
