We're seeking a Scrum Master / Project Analyst who thrives in dynamic environments and brings Agile practices to life—not just in ceremonies, but in mindset, collaboration, and impact.

You'll play a critical role in supporting cross-functional teams through a major system transition, championing simplification, accuracy, and delivery excellence.

The role:

• Drive Sprint Planning and Sprint Closing with clarity and focus
• Own squad-level financials (forecasting, actuals)
• Maintain and manage backlogs, capacity planning, and delivery metrics
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and embed consistency in delivery practices
• Coach, mentor, and inspire teams to embrace Agile principles
• Partner with RTEs, Product Owners, and Engineers to manage backlog and delivery flow
• Proactively remove blockers and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
• Analyze and present data to demonstrate team growth and success

Must have skills and experience:

• 5+ years of delivery experience in Banking/Financial Services
• Solid understanding of Agile and adaptive delivery models
• Hands-on experience with Rally, Confluence, and Clarity
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator
• Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
• Open mindset and a proactive problem-solver
• Tertiary qualifications in Business (postgraduate preferred)
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
