Performance Tester

We’re currently seeking experienced Performance Testers to join a dynamic project team based in Melbourne.

• Contract Role | Immediate Start Available

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance test scripts.
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Create and maintain automated performance testing frameworks and scripts.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and application teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Prepare performance test reports and share findings with stakeholders.
• Support performance tuning activities during project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
• Proficiency in LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Experience in performance analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Good understanding of application architecture and performance tuning concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
• Ability to start immediately or within short notice.
