Test Lead

• Must have NV2/OSA Clearance
• Offices located in Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive testing excellence on a multi-year, complex ICT build project.

What you’ll do:

• Develop comprehensive testing strategies and project plans covering unit, functional, and user testing, leveraging automation wherever possible.
• Coordinate testing across cross-functional teams to ensure all project components meet requirements.
• Analyse, review, and report on test outcomes and metrics; track defects effectively.
• Collaborate with Project and Development Managers to achieve the highest quality standards.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Test Manager, with hands-on experience in modern testing tools and automation.
• Strong expertise in creating test plans for both software applications and infrastructure.
• Experience with SNOW, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and Agile teams.
• Previous exposure to government secure environments.
