What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of carbon and ESG strategies across internal operations and client portfolios.

  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure audit-ready climate disclosures.

  • Proven expertise in emissions inventories and climate disclosure frameworks (NGERS, CDP, ASRS).
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and data modelling.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team of sustainability professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex carbon data into clear business insights.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
  • Full working rights—Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of TCFD, carbon markets, or low-carbon technologies.
  • Experience designing client ESG assessment tools or using carbon footprinting software.

Why Join Us

By joining, you’ll play a leading role in shaping sustainability services that make a tangible difference — from reducing emissions to driving corporate decarbonisation strategies.

You’ll be part of a purpose-driven organisation committed to innovation, collaboration, and measurable climate impact.
