What You’ll Do:

• Design and architect scalable solutions across the process automation landscape
• Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs
• Lead implementation efforts across development, deployment, and vendor coordination
• Align solutions with enterprise architecture and cloud integration standards
• Stay ahead of tech trends and recommend modern automation tools
• Coach and mentor developers to deliver best-in-class outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in tech, with strong solution architecture expertise
• Hands-on experience in RPA platforms: Pega, Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Exposure to HyperScience, OCR technologies, and cloud/on-prem integration patterns
• A strong understanding of enterprise architecture, SDLC, and cloud technologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Banking/financial services industry experience preferred
