Senior Analyst – Collections Insights & Analytics

Location: Melbourne | Business Unit: Customer & Technology | 12 months Contract daily rate

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join a Customer Data & Insights team of a major project. 

You will analyse collections data, uncover insights, and help drive initiatives to increase revenue, minimise cost, and improve the customer experience across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise on collections data, processes, and systems.
• Build and enhance data structures, ensuring governance and integrity.
• Apply analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning to support decision-making.
• Develop visualisations and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools to tell clear data stories.
• Lead projects to improve Collections processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Dataiku), and high-volume data analysis.
• Proven ability to communicate complex quantitative insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in ambiguous environments.
• Learning mindset, attention to detail, highly motivated, and driven to deliver high-quality analytics.
• Preferred: Experience with Python, Snowflake, or similar, and building predictive analytics.
