Program Test Director – Migration

Our top-tier banking client is seeking an experienced Program Test Director to lead testing for major migration programs, including large-scale platform and customer migrations.

This is a high-impact role at the forefront of technology transformation in a regulated banking environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of test strategies for large-scale, complex migration programs.
• Drive big bang migration testing, including cutover rehearsals and fallback planning.
• Coordinate test activities across multiple program streams, including data, applications, and infrastructure.
• Manage and align multi-vendor teams, reporting progress and risks to program leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure all testing meets strict regulatory and operational risk standards, safeguarding customer impact and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 9+ Years Proven experience in migration testing, particularly big bang approaches.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct large, multi-vendor test teams.
• Proficiency with Agile delivery, Jira, Power BI, and test management tools.
• Solid understanding of banking compliance, risk frameworks, and customer-centric considerations.
