We are seeking a highly skilled Splunk ITSI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Splunk core functionalities and IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), leveraging their skills to enhance operational visibility, troubleshoot service issues, and create impactful data visualisations.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement and manage Splunk ITSI to optimise service health monitoring.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, correlation searches, and glass tables for real-time insights.
- Perform data ingestion, parsing, and indexing within Splunk.
- Analyse data and create effective visualisations to identify patterns and trends.
- Diagnose and resolve IT service issues using Splunk analytics.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Support predictive analytics initiatives for proactive incident management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Splunk core functionalities, including searching, reporting, and data ingestion.
- Strong IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) knowledge, including its capabilities and best practices.
- Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and create meaningful visualisations.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving IT service issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Splunk ITSI certification or relevant Splunk certifications.
- Experience integrating Splunk ITSI with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of cloud-based Splunk deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
