Our client is a leader in energy, sustainability, and telecoms management, helping over 2,000 businesses optimise costs, streamline operations, and deliver on carbon and climate commitments. Their technology powers smarter decisions for some of Australia’s largest organisations.

They are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong CRM expertise and a CISSP certification to join a dynamic team in North Sydney. This role is hands-on, focused on delivering secure, enterprise-grade applications and driving digital transformation projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead CRM transformation projects (A2, Salesforce, ACT, Monday.com).
• Design and develop secure full stack applications (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases).
• Embed AI, data management, and automation into enterprise platforms.
• Build scalable, customer-facing tools and reporting solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in full stack development.
• Strong skills in React/Angular/Vue, Node.js/.NET/Java, SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Proven CRM platform experience.
• CISSP certification with expertise in secure coding and application security.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Full working rights – Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
