- Develop systems/application integrations of medium to high complexity from detailed technical specifications (Technical).
- Familiar with integration platforms, integration patterns and processes
o Experience on a variety of platforms (Linux, Windows), --EAI Development skills --SI –EDI –ANSI X12 --SAP development and SAP Interface technologies (RFC, BAPI, IDOC), XML –Azure API Gateway - Unix (AIX, LINUX), - Windows GITHUB, Jenkins.
o Applications, EAI -- Enterprise Application Integration, Middleware, ESQL, J2EE, JAVA, SAP, EDI, Unix Scripting -- Electronic Data interchange, ANSI x12, XML, UNIX/LINUX, Windows, Web Services development, SOAP, JSON, WSDL, GITHUB, Jenkins, SQL, Azure API, Kubernetes, VMware Tanzu
- Maintains awareness of current business trends (in consulting services and offerings, packaged solutions, and industry best practices) that are relevant to the company and clients (Business).
- Active contribution to the design, technology and architecture choices and performance optimizations of the system
- Supporting the project team in the creation of technical solutions
- Providing estimated timeframe and technical assessment of tasks
- Working closely with business change and other program teams to fully understand functional requirements and dependencies.
- Discussing technical requirements with the client and Business Analysts, if needed
- Producing unit and integration tests as part of a thoroughly tested and robust development process.
- Develops ideas and communicates status, issues, designs and plans to peers and immediate manager both orally and in writing (Communication).
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in system/data/application integrations
- Experience working with company, client, and/or equivalent vendor-mandated methodology
- Experience working with software, hardware, data and testing standards
- Experience working with delivery assurance principles and procedures
- Experience working with business, management, and technology concepts
- Ideally experience within the mining industry
- Good research, analysis, and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment and to produce work products under pressure and within deadlines
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
- Willingness to travel
