Digital Business Analyst – Customer-Facing Digital Products
Initial 4-month contract, extendable | Hybrid – Melbourne | Daily Rate
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, design-led squad delivering customer-facing digital products and solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, working closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to ensure high-quality, customer-centric outcomes.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Expertise delivering mobile app features end‑to‑end
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Strong solution design and visual thinking skills
- Ability to translate customer insights into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Facilitation skills for story mapping workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to end-to-end digital delivery, including front-end, back-end, and API impacts
- Familiarity with modern digital delivery toolchains (GitHub alongside Jira, Confluence, Figma)
- Experience with customer journey maps, service blueprints, and personas
