Your Opportunity

You will play a key role in managing disputes end-to-end, particularly those escalated beyond internal resolution and into external regulatory environments.

• Review, investigate and resolve disputes from initial assessment through to final outcome
• Prepare detailed documentation including decision letters, settlement terms and regulatory responses
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders including customers and regulators
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and meet required timeframes
• Analyse root causes and contribute to continuous improvement of dispute processes

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in dispute resolution within financial services (essential)
• Experience working within RG271 Internal Dispute Resolution requirements
• Strong understanding of lending, insurance, or financial products
• Experience working with regulatory bodies such as AFCA or similar
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, sensitive matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making ability with a structured and analytical approach
• Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure
