WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Digital Producer, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of digital and brand content across Nike’s platforms. You’ll serve as a key production partner to design, marketing, and external creative teams—ensuring that every asset reflects the brand’s vision, meets technical standards, and delivers impact across channels.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Own end-to-end production for integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential platforms.
  • Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, balancing innovation with feasibility.
  • Lead photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production delivery.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Editorial, Legal, Retail) to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Source and manage creative talent including photographers, stylists, editors, developers, and illustrators.
  • Oversee logistics such as casting, location scouting, travel coordination, and compliance.
  • Ensure all content meets brand, accessibility, legal, and technical standards.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends to inform production strategy and elevate storytelling.
  • Document and communicate production workflows, timelines, and deliverables clearly across teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, digital content creation, or brand storytelling.
  • Proven ability to lead complex productions from concept to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, creative workflows, and production tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Passion for sports, fashion, culture, and innovation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CMS platforms, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Airtable, Asana).
