WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH / ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Global Jordan Kids and Core Brand Management Senior Expert, this role plays a critical role in enabling seasonal brand storytelling and execution across product, creative, and marketplace teams. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across partner management, product and sample coordination, copy development, and asset delivery, ensuring the brand delivers premium, accurate, and timely outputs at a global scale.

This individual will operate at the center of a cross-functional ecosystem, partnering closely with Product, Merchandising, Creative Studios, Global Brand Writing, Retail Brand, and Geo teams, while supporting key external partners such as ICON Studios and Haddad.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience;
  • Exceptional project leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will operate at the center of a cross-functional ecosystem, partnering closely with Product, Merchandising, Creative Studios, Global Brand Writing, Retail Brand, and Geo teams, while supporting key external partners such as ICON Studios and Haddad. Own and drive day‑to‑day communication with internal and external partners;

  • Ensure clarity of briefs, timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops to support seamless execution;
  • Maintain strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders;
  • Partner with Product and Merchandising to confirm available seasonal samples (Footwear and Apparel);
  • Manage end-to-end sample logistics: Source and track samples, ship samples to partners and maintain organization and accountability across all product assets;
  • Source product tech sheets and foundational product information from Product teams;
  • Partner with Retail Brand teams to develop concise, consumer-facing store copy;
  • Ensure alignment of product storytelling across all touchpoints inclusive of seeding; and
  • Distribute approved assets and product copy to Geo stakeholders across Brand and Marketplace.
