The Demand Planner typically generates future-season forecasts that drive inventory, production and supply decisions across footwear, apparel and equipment globally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain demand forecasts for seasonal product lines across one or more categories.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends and forward-looking signals to improve forecast accuracy.
• Present forecast rationale and assumptions to planning leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Manage and reconcile forecast data in SAP and Excel across multiple planning horizons.
• Collaborate with merchandise planning, supply planning and commercial teams.

 WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years experience in demand planning, inventory management or supply chain forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong retail math capability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or Finance. 
• SAP or O9 planning tool experience is a plus.
