Title: Applications Engineer 4

Location: Salem, OR

Duration: 3 months contract

In this position, you will work closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Program teams to validate and enhance the capabilities of a new Generative AI solution.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is ideal for curious, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy breaking things (constructively!) and seeking exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) applications. You will help test and improve a GenAI powered application built with React, Node.js and Databricks integrated with modern LLMs. Your feedback will directly shape quality, safety

and user experience.  Awareness, collaboration, and organizational skills are a must to navigate our matrixed organization effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You'll be part of a world class team of engineers, analysts, and material developers. Focus areas include materials manufacturing, materials development, materials sourcing, costing and planning. (tech stack above)

  • Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience.
