Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a global bookings alignment across four Geos. This role will be responsible for orchestrating data alignment, change management, and program execution across Sales Planning, Enterprise Business Planning (EBP), and Technology partners during a critical transition period while longer‑term capability is hired.
This ETW will act as the central connective tissue across teams—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex, cross‑geo program with high executive visibility.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tactical program management for global bookings alignment across 4 Geos, ensuring clarity on scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery.
- Ensure EBP data alignment and harmonization across geographies, establishing shared definitions, common stage terminology, and consistent views of progress.
- Orchestrate cross‑geo cross- function change management, translating roadmap decisions into clear actions, timing, and adoption plans.
- Build and manage an integrated program roadmap, sequencing work across data, tech enablement, and business adoption.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Sales Planning, EBP, Tech, Analytics, and Geo leads), ensuring the right partners are engaged at the right moments.
- Enable decision‑making by surfacing risks, gaps, and trade‑offs and facilitating alignment across stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across geos through structured updates, working sessions, and executive‑ready readouts.
WHAT YOU BRING
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or complex change initiatives.
- Proven experience leading tactical program management and change management in matrixed, global environments.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption and change across teams and regions, not just designing solutions.
- Ability to build roadmaps, line up the right teammates, and orchestrate connections across business and technology partners.
- Comfort operating in environments transitioning systems and ways of working (e.g., legacy → future‑state platforms).
Nice‑to‑Have Experience
- Retail planning or wholesale planning experience, with clear understanding of data context, impacts, and end‑to‑end data journeys.
- Experience with program implementation spanning both business and technology teams.
- Prior experience working across multiple geographies with varying planning cadences and data maturity.
- Familiarity with enterprise planning tools
- Prior Enterprise retail or relevant industry experience preferred.
