WHAT YOU WILL DO

The nature of the work is focused on the monetary affairs of the company. Participates in the timely, accurate, and efficient administration of the appropriate financial system to ensure accurate financial statements, appropriate internal controls, compliance with NIKE policies and delivery of value added information. Completes system documentation including standardized work instructions and operating procedures are up to date and available for all users. Ensures appropriate security access of end users to the applications supported consistent with NIKE Inc. policies.

• Manage discount and dating processes within SAP, ensuring accurate execution of complex requests.
• Maintain audit compliance by gathering and retaining approvals, as well as conducting audit reviews.
• Address requests and issues promptly through effective inbox management.
• Communicate effectively with partners across various levels, including senior leadership.
• Collaborate with multiple functions such as Finance, Sales, Customer Fulfillment Services (CFS), and Partner Go-to-Market (GTM).
• Participate in new ERP testing and problem-solving initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Must-have skills:

• Minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• General business acumen/background
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various functions
• Strong communication skills
• Quick adaptability to new systems

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations
• Audit/control execution experience
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
