Title: Global Repair Project Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 10-month contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Global Repair Project Manager, you will define tools and processes that support organizational excellence in program and project management. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable Digital Repair Service, starting in EMEA and expanding globally. You’ll manage projects typically lasting up to 12 months, with budgets around $1M, involving multiple business functions and regional scope.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining business benefits, requirements, and project scope
  • Managing change control and its impact on time, cost, and quality
  • Creating and tracking project schedules and task assignments
  • Estimating effort and managing asset acquisition requirements
  • Monitoring actuals against forecasts
  • Defining and managing project success criteria
  • Providing guidance on project methodology and best practices
  • Developing risk management plans and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinating success metrics and providing timely updates to stakeholders

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will focus on:

  • Developing a global repair strategy and roadmap
  • Aligning stakeholders across geographies
  • Consolidating and organizing disparate information
  • Capturing key learnings from the EMEA launch
  • Creating clear roadmaps for key stakeholders
  • Driving clarity out of ambiguity
  • Supporting agile methodologies and critical thinking

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • A Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of directly relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a business/process leader or industry expert
  • Strong project management skills across scope, time, cost, quality, and risk
  • Ability to think clearly and critically in complex environments
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on driving alignment and clarity
  • Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
