Title: Transition Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 4-month contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop detailed stakeholder engagement and communications plans based on previous project outputs.
  • Execute communication plans by creating and giving presentations, drafting and publishing emails, and writing website content for Nike audiences, RSR audiences, and Supplier audiences.
  • Support Nike’s Managed Service Partner by reviewing, editing, and proofing training deliverables such as presentations, QRGs (Quick Reference Guides), and tutorial videos.
  • Assist the project team with general communications and stakeholder management activities.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Beeline Enhancements for Time & Materials management, ensuring smooth stakeholder engagement, training, and communication transitions.
  • BuyingHub strategic enhancements, including developing a rebranding plan to align BuyingHub with Nike’s new Procurement strategy.
  • Create and execute communications, engagement, and training plans to support process, behavior, and perception changes for the BuyingHub transition.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience as an organizational change manager or communications manager, preferably in Retail, Consumer, or Marketing environments.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, content development, training support, and communications execution.
  • Ability to create and manage presentations, emails, newsletters, website content, and training materials with attention to detail and consistency.
