Title: HR Project Manager

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 4 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As an HR Project Manager you'll play a pivotal role in driving our operating model transformation. You'll manage complex employee events, facilitate new team formations, and engage with senior leaders to ensure smooth transitions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at managing confidential information, and have a passion for HR project management, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide HR project management for an operating model transformation, overseeing employee events, team formations, and leader engagement.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, issue logs, and change control documentation.
  • Create materials for change management, learning & development, teaming, and onboarding to support the transformation.
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams, providing updates, discussing challenges, and making recommendations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, offering guidance and advice throughout the project.
  • Foster relationships with HR colleagues to ensure processes are maintained and supported post-project.
  • HR project management for operating model transformation.

  • Collaboration with HR colleagues to support ongoing processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar project management tools.
  • Experience creating HR training programs and communications for enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information.
  • SHRM-CP certification nice to have.
  • PMP certification nice to have.
