WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineer with specialization in Qualtrics. On our team you will play a key role in a high priority, high visibility Qualtrics transformation for the enterprise. Responsibilities include stakeholder and vendor management, advanced survey builds, custom dashboards and reporting, automation workflows, change management, quality assurance, conversational NLP, and sentiment analysis. The ideal candidate will be a Qualtrics subject matter expert who's comfortable innovating creative solutions alongside a team of other Qualtrics experts and is prepared to hit the ground running on day one.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Top skills include the following:
"Expert” level Qualtrics experience (as opposed to "strong”), particularly in the CX and Discover spaces on Qualtrics Project management experience (stakeholder management, ability to meet deadlines, strong communication skills, etc.) Strong presentation skills - should be able to deliver a demo to a non-tech audience Organized, self-starter, good at multitasking Any experience working with Qualtrics Discover or any conversational analytics program would be helpful in this role.
Some key Responsibilities:
- Provide Qualtrics consultation on survey design and execution, including survey flow, question design, data analysis, and dashboard design.
- Work with stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop survey projects that meet those needs.
- Serve as Qualtrics subject matter expert, conducting demos for Client teams across the enterprise. (Nice to have)
- Construct data pipelines in tools like Databricks and snowflake.
- Using Python and SQL.
- Develop documentation for non-experienced Qualtrics users Conduct project management activities, such as scoping, scheduling, time management, and risk management, to ensure successful completion of the Qualtrics transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Qualtrics for survey design and delivery, including survey flow, question design, data analysis, and dashboard development.
- Strong project management skills, including scoping, scheduling, time management, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations.
- Experience with APIs, SQL, Python, data engineering best practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
