WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Business Operations and Enablement Operations Lead to join our Geographies & Marketplace Technology organization. As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for developing, managing and overseeing business operational processes that support our executives and overall organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational processes and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with our org’s executive stakeholders to understand business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in Global Technology’s central teams to include HR, TA, Finance and the Technology Management Office
- Provide guidance and support to the Business Operations team, ensuring that projects and initiatives are aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruption.
WHAT YOU BRING
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or relevant experience in a related role)
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an operations environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project and change management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Nice to Have:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile.
- Experience working in a global organization, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects across multiple regions.
- Experience working in a technology or software development environment, with a focus on managing and implementing operational processes and projects that support product development and delivery.
