The Administrative Assistant typically provides administrative and executive support through calendar management, logistics, communications, meeting coordination, travel, expenses, and team operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements and expense reporting for senior level leaders.
  • Coordinate team meetings, off-sites and cross-functional working sessions from logistics through to follow-up.
  • Process expenses and purchase orders and manage budget tracking for the team.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and proactively manage competing priorities.
  •  Draft and manage communications on behalf of senior leaders where required.

 WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative or executive assistant role supporting senior leaders.
  • Experience with fast-moving teams, and complex calendars.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint and Coupa for expense management.
  • Exceptional detail orientation.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Event and operations coordination is a plus.
