The Marketing Operations Coordinator typically manages the processes, tools and coordination for marketing programs running from GTM planning and budget tracking to campaign coordination and cross-functional scheduling.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate GTM planning workflows and seasonal marketing program coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Track budgets, process purchase orders and flag spend variances to marketing leadership.
- Build and maintain program documentation and status reporting in Airtable and Excel.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables and stakeholder reviews across marketing workstreams.
- Support pre-production coordination, asset workflow management and campaign operations.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years experience in marketing operations, or campaigns.
- Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, Keynote and Microsoft Office used daily for planning and reporting.
- Budget tracking and financial management experience across multiple workstreams.
- Strong detail orientation and clear written communication for cross-functional stakeholder updates.
- Experience in a fast-moving creative or marketing organisation.
- Adobe CC or project management tool experience is a plus.
