Our team needs a strong presentation designer. If you’re the one, here’s what you’d be
responsible for:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design & Visual Storytelling:
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint/Keynote presentations that capture Nike’s brand essence and effectively communicate complex business strategies and performance metrics to corporate stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Content Transformation:
- Work closely with senior executives, marketing, and strategy teams to convert strategic content into polished visual narratives. Ensure that all presentations align with Nike’s dynamic brand identity, voice, and tone.
- Brand Consistency:
- Maintain strict adherence to Nike’s brand guidelines. Create and update custom visual assets— including infographics, motion graphics, charts, and icons—that reinforce and elevate the brand’s visual storytelling.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Keep abreast of emerging design trends, digital storytelling tools, and data visualization techniques. Propose innovative design solutions that drive engagement and clearly articulate complex information.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution under tight deadlines. Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of presentation templates, assets, and style guides.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communications, with a portfolio that demonstrates creative flair and strong storytelling through visuals.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) is preferred.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including executives and creative departments.
Attention to Detail:
- Demonstrated ability to produce polished, error-free presentations that effectively communicate key messages and uphold Nike’s high standards of quality.
- Corporate & Athletic Mindset:
- Experience working in corporate or brand-driven environments, with the ability to tailor communication for executive-level audiences. A passion for sports, innovation, and the Nike culture is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting senior executives, global marketing teams, or investor relations
- in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Proven ability in creating animated or interactive presentations that engage and inspire.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to convey performance metrics and strategic insights.
- A robust portfolio that showcases versatility in design, creativity, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.
