Title: Data Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 8-month contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Data Analyst - Expert, you will analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers. You will identify trends and patterns in datasets, construct forecasts and recommendations, and support strategic and tactical planning. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and support audits and compliance initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Database Access & Management: Query and manage data from Snowflake, SQL Server, and other relational databases. Integrate data from tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, Jamf, and Wiz.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis, develop KPI dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, and automate recurring reports.
  • Tool Integration & Governance: Collaborate with platform owners to ensure accurate data ingestion, reconcile system discrepancies, and support audits.
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Create and maintain SOPs, data dictionaries, and system documentation. Work cross-functionally with IT, asset management, and governance teams. Participate in meetings to present findings and support planning.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting tools, and database management
  • Experience working with asset information is a plus
  • Organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working on a team of ~9–10 people and collaborating with other teams and stakeholders
