WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Project Manager, you may be responsible for:
- Leading cross-functional initiatives across business units such as Procurement, Marketing, Product Creation, and Employee Experience.
- Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables from project initiation through completion.
- Facilitating meetings, creating project documentation, and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Supporting change management, process improvement, and strategic planning efforts.
- Communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Depending on the assignment, you may work on:
- Business process transformation and operational efficiency projects.
- Strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.
- Employee listening and engagement programs.
- Studio operations and production workflow optimization.
- Capacity planning and project portfolio management tool implementation.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Professional project management experience (non-IT focus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Airtable, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Keynote.
- PMP or other project management certifications (preferred but not required).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a collaborative mindset.
